The AI250 covers a particularly large range of industrial wire applications.
The typical round wire range is approximately
0.50 to 2.50 mm.
This makes the system suitable for numerous applications in the copper and copper alloy industry as well as for specialty and alloy wires.
The AI250 combines high process speeds with a wide usable performance range.
By means of different electrical translations, the annealing voltage can be adapted to the material, diameter, and production speed.
The current generation of the coil system operates with two large coil units with different gear ratios. By combining them, multiple stages are available for adjusting the filament voltage.
This allows the same system to be configured for very different material and production parameters.
