High-performance inline annealer for large wire cross-sections
The AI420 is the largest system class in our inline annealer series.
It was developed for high performance and larger wire cross-sections.
The typical round wire range is from approximately
1.50 to 4.80 mm.
As the wire diameter increases, both the required electrical power and the demands on wire guidance and cooling increase significantly.
Therefore, the AI420 features a correspondingly powerful cooling concept.
Documented systems of this series use, for example, six main cooling nozzles arranged one behind the other as well as additional blow-off and drying stages.
The system is therefore particularly suitable for applications where large wire cross-sections are to be heat-treated inline at high production speeds.
